Jigme Rinpoche will lead the Chenrezig Drupchen at Chagdud Gonpa Rigdzin Ling in Junction City, CA.
Chenrezig embodies the compassion of all enlightened beings. Meditating on the form and reciting the mantra of Chenrezig refines away selfishness, confusion and negativity, connecting the practitioner to the nature of their own unbiased compassion.
This drubchen (Great Accomplishment Practice) is an intensive eight-day retreat focusing on the mandala of Chenrezig according to the sacred revelations of Tromge Khachod Wangpo, the great Terton in the family lineage of Chagdud Tulku Rinpoche and Jigme Tromge Rinpoche.
The vajra master who will lead the drubchen will be Jigme Tromge Rinpoche. Also in attendance will be Chagdud Khadro, Lama Padma Gyatso, Lama Jigme Lodey and other Chagdud Gonpa lamas.
