Visiting Ati Ling

Please call or email to arrange a visit – do not just show up. Drop-ins are not possible because we may be busy with projects or hosting events, including ones not shown on the public calendar.

Pre-arranged visits are possible most days, from 9am to 5pm. Contact us at 707-632-5629 or email office@atiling.org at least two days before your planned visit, letting us know what day/time you would like to come and if there is anything specific you are interested in learning about our center. Note that cell phone reception is limited or non-existent in much of the area, so be sure to download directions beforehand. Children are also welcome. We look forward to meeting you!

Directions to 23125 Fort Ross Road, Cazadero, CA 95421:

IMPORTANT – during August/September 2024, do NOT come via the coast/Hwy 1/Jenner/Meyers Grade Road, as road repairs have closed Fort Ross Rd between our center and the coast! There is no side road or other option to come in from the coast. You need to drive through Cazadero, and up Fort Ross Road, ignoring the sign at the bottom saying ‘road closed ahead’. The road is open until just past us.

Take Hwy 101 to Santa Rosa and exit on River Road / Mark West Springs (exit 494).

Go west onto River Road. Continue on this road through Guerneville (last stop for gas stations) and Monte Rio. The road becomes Hwy 116 West.

About 20 minutes out of Guerneville, you will cross a bridge with a sign on the right for ‘Cazadero’. Turn right on Cazadero Highway and continue 6 miles to the town of Cazadero.

Just past Cazadero is a STOP sign and the road forks uphill to the left onto Fort Ross Road. Continue for 6 miles till you reach a large white house on the left (there are almost no houses on this road, so this is easy to spot!) A few minutes later you pass the junction with Brain Ridge Road, and then reach an open area, with our driveway on the left. Guardrails and a large metal sign will be on the left.

Take that sharp left onto the paved two-laned driveway and continue down 2 miles till you reach a cluster of buildings, and a STOP sign on a side wall. Our office is on the far end of the building on your right.

Please take care on Fort Ross Road, which is narrow and winding, and in some sections there are deep drainage ditches right at the road edge, often hidden by tall grasses. Some local drivers go very fast, and do not stick to their side. We advise all guests to proceed slowly and with caution, and to sound the horn on blind corners if they wish.
